Minnesota Disability Law Center
The Minnesota Disability Law Center (MDLC) is a program that addresses the unique legal needs of persons with disabilities. MDLC has been designated as the state's protection and advocacy system for persons with disabilities in Minnesota and receives federal funds for that purpose. MDLC serves the entire state of Minnesota and provides services at no cost to the individuals. Unlike most of the other Coalition Programs' services in the state, income guidelines do not apply to MDLC's work.
